Your prospect list, checked: the searches each business has no page for

SEO prospecting is choosing which businesses to pitch and finding, for each one, the fact that makes the owner reply. The choosing is easy. The fact is the hard part: a search the prospect's customers make every month, which a competitor answers with a page and the prospect does not. Your list, our proof gives you that fact for every site on your own list, or tells you plainly that a site has none.

This page is for agencies, freelancers and outbound teams who already have a list and need a reason to write to each company on it.

Why most SEO prospecting stalls

Most agency prospecting fails at the same point. The list is fine; the message is not. "We can help you rank higher" is a sentence every owner has deleted many times. An audit full of technical errors reads like homework. Neither tells the owner what they are losing.

What gets a reply is a missed customer the owner can picture and check: people search for a thing the business sells, a named competitor has a page for it, and this business does not. One line like that does more than a page of claims. Few agencies have one for each prospect, so their messages look like everyone else's.

What you get for each site

For each site on your list: the searches it has no page for, their US monthly searches and the competitor that has the page, as one line to paste plus the rows. Sites without a clear gap come back as a plain skip.

For every site on your list, you get:

A person checks every row before delivery, and every row links to the competitor's page, so you can verify any of it.

What a line looks like

Here is a worked example. The business, the competitor and the number are made up to show the shape.

Riverside Plumbing has a page for "water heater installation", a search made about 1,000 times a month in the US. Your site has no page for it.

And the rows behind a short list of three sites:

The third row is as useful as the first two. It saves you a message to a business you could not have helped much.

Sites without a clear gap come back as "skip"

Not every business on a list has a gap worth a pitch.

Those sites come back marked "skip", with no line, so you do not spend a message inventing a reason. Expect a share of any list to come back this way: a list of businesses chosen by size or location is not a list of businesses with a gap. The skips are part of what you pay for, because a pitch to a business with nothing to fix costs you the call and your name.
